Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp (ACS) will inspect and diagnose the reported fault with any Product as submitted by Dealer or end user and issue a quotation for repairs including any required hardware or firmware upgrades and any other deficiencies noted with the Product at the time of reception for after sales service.
After sales service includes calibration of the alcohol sensor.
Products being returned for calibration service will also be inspected
and diagnosed for any required hardware or firmware upgrades and any
other deficiencies noted with the Product at the time of reception at
ACS authorized service centre and will be outlined in a quotation for
service.
Upon acceptance of the quotation by the Dealer or end user and authorization to proceed with after sales service as outlined in the quotation, ACS will proceed to repair the Product and invoice the Dealer or end user accordingly.
Dealer shall conduct after sales service for end users and resellers only in accordance with ACS guidelines and with ACS original Parts for the Product.
ACS warrants that following after sales service the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the service conducted for a period of 90 days from the date the Product is returned to the Dealer or end user.
